Who we are
IronEggShell is a WordPress repair and security service operated by isme@ironeggshell.com. This policy covers how we collect and handle information submitted through this site.
What information we collect
When you submit a repair request, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your site URL and hosting provider
- A description of the problem you are experiencing
- WordPress and hosting credentials provided for the purpose of diagnosing and repairing your site
How we use your information
- To diagnose and repair your WordPress site
- To communicate with you about your job — status, findings, quote, and completion
- To send a PayPal invoice when work is approved
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to process payment through PayPal.
Credentials
Credentials you provide are used solely for the duration of your repair job. They are not stored in WordPress and are deleted from our records once the job is closed. We recommend changing your passwords after repair is complete.
Backups
A full site backup is taken before any repair work begins. Backups are retained for 30 days after job completion and then permanently deleted.
We send transactional emails related to your repair job — confirmation, diagnostic report, invoice, and completion notice. We do not send marketing email.
