Do you make changes before I approve the work?
No. We begin with a read-only diagnostic. We explain what we found, quote a fixed price, and wait for approval before making any changes to your site.
Do I have to pay before you look at the site?
In most cases, no. We review the request and run a diagnostic first. Payment is due before remediation work begins.
Why do you need hosting and WordPress access?
We need enough access to confirm what is failing, verify the environment, and repair the site cleanly. We only use the credentials for this job and delete them afterward.
Can I create a temporary admin or temporary access account?
Yes. Temporary access is a good idea and is recommended when your host supports it. The intake form explains how to do this for your specific host.
Can you help with hacked or infected WordPress sites?
Yes. Malware cleanup, hacked-site recovery, redirect cleanup, and post-repair hardening are all within scope. See the Pricing page for typical ranges.
How fast do you respond?
Standard response is within 1–2 hours. If you need faster handling, expedited service can be added to your quote when available.
